These terms apply to all visitors, users, clients, and others who access or use our services.

GROW TECH INFO provides custom software development, mobile application development, AI and machine learning solutions, SaaS product development, cloud and DevOps services, enterprise solutions, UI/UX design, and digital marketing services.

The scope of specific services, deliverables, timelines, and commercial terms are governed by separate written agreements (Statements of Work, Master Service Agreements, or Project Contracts) executed between GROW TECH INFO and each client.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service offering at any time with reasonable notice.

All content on this website including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and software is the property of GROW TECH INFO and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

For client projects, intellectual property ownership is defined in the applicable service agreement. Unless otherwise stated in writing, upon full payment, clients receive ownership of custom deliverables specifically created for them.

GROW TECH INFO retains ownership of pre-existing tools, frameworks, libraries, and methodologies used in delivering services.

Clients are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and timely information required for service delivery, including project requirements, access credentials, and feedback.

Clients must obtain all necessary rights and permissions for any third-party content, data, or software provided to GROW TECH INFO for incorporation into project deliverables.

Clients are responsible for maintaining adequate backups of their data and systems.

Payment terms are specified in individual project agreements. Standard terms require a percentage advance payment prior to project commencement, with milestone-based payments thereafter.

Late payments may attract interest charges as specified in the project agreement. GROW TECH INFO reserves the right to pause services for accounts with outstanding payments.

All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise specified.

GROW TECH INFO treats all client information, project details, business processes, and technical specifications as strictly confidential.

We will sign mutual Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) upon client request, and our standard service agreements include confidentiality provisions.

Confidentiality obligations survive the termination of any service engagement.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, GROW TECH INFO's total liability for any claims arising from or related to our services shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim in the three months preceding the claim.

GROW TECH INFO shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits or data loss.

These limitations apply regardless of the form of action and whether based in contract, tort, or any other legal theory.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Delhi, India.

The parties agree to attempt good-faith resolution of disputes before initiating formal legal proceedings.

GROW TECH INFO reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised date.

Continued use of our website or services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
